HOW IS THE ORDER BEING SHIPPED?

Shipping is free for orders over 50€ for all of Greece and they are made with Courier company on in the declared shipping details during your telephone call order.

Products are delivered from Monday to Friday during office hours. Shipments and deliveries are not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

 

IN HOW MANY DAYS WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Orders within Attica, Thessaloniki and in large urban centers are delivered in 1 to 3 working days.
  • Orders in the rest of Greece are delivered in 3 to 7 working days.

 

RETURN/ CHANGE POLICY 

Can I return/ replace products?

Within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery, you are entitled to return the products you bought and request a replacement provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The products you return are in the original condition you received them, have not been used, washed, repaired, or damaged by any way and have their internal and external labels attached.
  • Any accessories or special packaging included in the items (such as shoe boxes or bag cases) must be returned with the products.
  • The receipt must be included for all Returns/ Changes, without exceptions.
  • The products to be returned are posted at your own risk, then we recommend that they are well packaged in a sealed package.

In case the return does not take place within the time period of 15 calendar days from the day of delivery or some of the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to accept the products back and not replace them.

How to return products

The return of the product can be done in one of the following ways:

  • We pay the costs of the (first) return of your order, if the return is being made with the company we cooperate with (ACS Courier). In case the same order needs to be returned again, the costs are borne exclusively you. To return the product, contact the branch of ACS Courier company that serves you.
  • Return via a shipping company of your choice. You can return the product through a transportation company of your choice, at your own expense.

 

DO PRICES INCLUDE VAT?

The prices listed on our website include the legal VAT.
