The Green Carpet Fashion Awards, Italia 2018 is the world’s first ceremony honouring Made in Italy, one of the most important supply chains in the world representing true design heritage. For the second edition of the Green carpet Fashion Awards Max Mara has designed an incredible fully recycled look. The one shoulder dress is made from Italian NewlifeTM recycled polyester fabric made from PET bottles collected, processed, and turned into a new fabric within Italy. Starting from raw materials, both fabric and accessories, all throughout the manufacturing processes, we have certified sustainability in terms of fibre traceability, responsible use of renewable energy, attention to waste and pollution and positive impact for the workforce and the community. The look was worn during the awards ceremony by top model Carolyn Murphy, who starred in several Max Mara campaigns shot by Steven Meisel and Mario Sorrenti.
