1962-1975 The story begins and starts evolving.
1980 The new DIL store (formerly “Floka”) opens in the corner of Tsimiski and Agias Sofias streets.
1982 The new DIL store becomes DIL SA and starts growing. In appreciation of all, it is considered the most beautiful women’s clothing store of Northern Greece.
1987 The first MAX-MARA Franchise boutique opens in Thessaloniki, in the corner of Mitropoleos and Agias Sofias streets, where it remains until today. It is a creation of Lefteris and Katerina Tsavdaroglou who –at the same time- maintain successfully the DIL company.
1990 Both being anxious, they bring for the first time designer clothes for larger sizes, in the new franchise store MARINA RINALDI (1 Agias Sofias str).
1992 Yet another development step takes place, this time outside of Thessaloniki. The store MAX MARA & MARINA RINALDI opens in 37 Kouma str. in the city of Larissa, which becomes a big thing for the local community and the whole area. During the inauguration, an exquisite fashion show takes place, which impresses the elegant ladies of the city.
1996 The MAX & CO franchise store opens in 1, Agias Sofias str.
2008 The store in Larissa moves to the cosmic Street of Papakiriazi, number 23.
2009 MAX & CO moves renewed to 72, Tsimiski str.
2010 MaxMara opens in Athens, between Kanari and Academy streets in Kolonaki. It becomes the event of the year.
2011-2014 The cooperation with Attica department stores in Athens and Thessaloniki begins, with the input of the corners MAX MARA Weekend, Marella, Penny Black, Max & Co.
2014 ESCADA is brought to DIL.
